Exit the M11 at Junction 12 s/p Sandy A603. Take the A603 left towards Sandy. After a couple of hundred yards turn right onto the B1046 s/p Bourn and Comberton. Follow this road through the village of Barton, then through open countryside and into the village of Comberton.

Carry on through Comberton, until you reach Comberton Village College on your left. You will pass a traffic island – on the right is the driveway into Bennell Court (Not Bennell Farm). Do not drive out of the village, you will have missed the turning.

If using the A14 east of Cambridge.

The leave the A14 at Godmanchester, at the A1198 exit, s/p Royston. Follow this road for approx 7.5 miles until you reach a large roundabout at Caxton Gibbet (There is a Shell Petrol Station and a large Chinese restaurant – the Yim Wah – on the roundabout). Continue straight over along the A1198 s/p Royston.

Follow this road for approx 3.5 miles, going through the village of Caxton, until you come to a left turn s/p B1046 Toft, Bourn. Follow this road for approx 4.25 miles through the village of Toft, and then open country, until you approach Comberton.

The first driveway on the left as you enter Comberton is Bennell Court. You will see a large school called Comberton Village College on your right. If you drive past it, you’ve gone too far.

If you are travelling eastbound along the A428 towards Cambridge, you will approach a large roundabout at Caxton Gibbet (There is a Shell Petrol Station and a large Chinese restaurant – the Yim Wah – on the roundabout).
Take the third exit (i.e. right) along the A1198 s/p Royston.

Follow this road for approx 3.5 miles, going through the village of Caxton, until you come to a left turn s/p B1046 Toft, Bourn. Follow this road for approx 4.25 miles through the village of Toft, and then open country, until you approach Comberton.

Northbound from London. Exit the A1(M) at Junction 9, Letchworth, and turn right onto the A505 s/p Royston. After approx 9 miles you will reach the Royston bypass. Continue to follow signs for Newmarket, A505. At the second roundabout take the A1198 left s/p Cambourne. Follow this road for approx 4 miles until you reach the roundabout with the A603 at Wimpole Hall. Go straight over, and carry on for another 4 miles through open countryside, until you enter the village of Longstowe. You will go over a hump back bridge as you enter the village, then in approx a quarter of a mile there is a right turn s/p B1046 Toft, Bourn. Follow this road for approx 4.25 miles through the village of Toft, and then open country, until you approach Comberton.

Southbound from Peterborough

Leave the A1(M) at the Junction with the A14, s/p Cambridge. Then follow the instructions “If using the A14 west of Cambridge” above.
