Combination Option

This is the best of both worlds. We will come to your premises and spend the day setting up your accounts and then you will come to us for a day and be trained in our dedicated MYOB training room to learn how to use MYOB Accounting software on a daily basis.

For the initial set-up Balancing Act will:

• Install the application
• Set-up the account codes
• Ensure the correct VAT codes are in place
• Enter opening balances
• Perform an initial bank reconciliation
• Import any business contacts
• Set-up your forms & stationery
• Show how to back-up and restore the data file

On the training day you will be taught how to:

• Process sales
• Apply customer payments
• Process purchases
• Pay suppliers
• Creating items for stock
• Process direct debits/standing orders/cheques
• Create adjusting notes for sales and purchases
• Prepare bank deposits
• Perform a bank reconciliation
• Filtering and displaying reports

This option appeals to many businesses as it takes away the burden of understanding accounts and eliminates mistakes that are often made when setting up the original application.
